Here’s What Would Happen If All The Bugs In The World Died

That sounds great… but is it?

Bugs are gross.

Sure, some of them are pretty, like butterflies, and some are really helpful, like bees.

But when you have to deal with things like ants, cockroaches, mosquitoes and spiders (technically an arachnid but it counts) on a daily basis, you’d have a dislike for bugs, too.

So it might sound like a great idea to kill them all, right?

Well, maybe not.

In his latest video, YouTuber Mind Noggin discusses what would happen if all the bugs in the world died. For one thing, a lot of diseases spread by insects, like dengue and malaria, would be gone. But the lack of bugs could impact food production, and even crime-solving.
