As we all continue to do our parts by staying safe and staying home during this CMCO, the frontliners are doing all they can to battle the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
Now, one of Malaysia’s very own hospitals has been recognised for a prestigious global award for their unfaltering work in fighting the virus.

Recently at the Global Health Awards 2020, Hospital Sungai Buloh’s Covid-19 team was recognised for their efforts during the pandemic.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah congratulated the hospital’s Infectious Disease Department head Dr Suresh Kumar, Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Department head Dr Shaiful Azman Zakaria and the hospital’s Covid-19 team saying:
“Heartiest congratulations to Dr Suresh Kumar and Dr Shaiful Azman and the whole Covid-19 team at Hospital Sungai Buloh for the recognition at the Global Health Awards 2020. Very well-deserved indeed.”
“The nation thanks you and your team for your uhnwavering dedication, sacrifice and excellence in our efforts to fight Covid-19,” te director-general tweeted.
The Global Health Award aims to recognise companies in a variety of regional and global markets that have maintained consistently high standards in delivering quality care. The regional Asia-Pacific awards also recognizes the companies who have pushed the boundaries of delighting their customers at every stage and in every interaction.
