Japanese Man’s Daily 4-Minute Exercise Work Out Helps Him Gain An 8-Pack In 5 Months!

It’s all about diet, exercise and discipline!

Admit it, we’ve all said that we’ll start dieting or exercising soon but it never happens. This Japanese man said the same for over two years but finally pushed himself to start and it only took him five months to gain an eight-pack!

And it’s all thanks to a daily four-minute workout routine!

In a series of tweets, Hiragi shared his progress and method of losing weight that helped him build his dream body.

From March to August 2019, Hiragi spent four-minutes a day doing a four-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout at home every day.

Before working out, Hiragi sported a potbelly but after the five months of intense exercising, he was left with an eight-pack.

He shared pictures of the transformation in a tweet that reads:

“From March 2019 to August 2019. Progress within 5 months. Even with strength training done at home, this much can be achieved. The two photos here were taken from the same place and pretty much the same angle! No edits done.”

Inspired by his lifestyle change, Hiragi shared a video of the daily four-minute routine that he does.

But of course, it’s not just the four-minute workout that helped him lose the potbelly and gain the abs. Dieting was very important as well.

Hiragi would only consume 1,000 to 1,500 calories by eating more vegetables that are low in calories and cutting down on other foods. He said that only eating two meals a day between 12pm and 8pm also helped in his weight loss.

Of course, Hiragi also tried to avoid having sweet drinks, snacks and desserts.

While Hiragi maintains a low calorie diet, this doesn’t mean that he leads a sad life. He still indulges once-in-a-while with grilled meats, curry rice and even the occasional bubble tea!

According to Hiragi, the key to achieving his transformative success is discipline.

While four-minutes a day doesn’t sound like much, it takes a lot of determination to work out diligently every day. He says that its all about getting sufficient exercise and diet control.

Hiragi also shared that he had been interested in losing weight for the past two years but never took it seriously before this. Finally, he has achieved his goal.

He shared a tweet that said:

“I changed this much within five months, but I’ve actually been lying to myself for the last two years, saying that ‘I will lost weight, I will lose weight.’ I couldn’t last longer than three days whenever I tried to diet, and the cycle repeats itself.

Now that I think about it, I just wasn’t really serious about losing weight. As long as I’ve a clear objective, and I set out to achieve it, I can more or less do it.”

We’re super impressed by Hiragi’s transformation! If only we had his determination and discipline!
