Justin Bieber is embracing change and spirituality as he navigates life in the spotlight.
Amid ongoing speculation about his marriage to Hailey Bieber, the Peaches singer took to Instagram on February 20 to share a heartfelt message about personal growth and faith.
“It’s time to grow up,” Justin wrote in his Instagram Story, set to John Mayer’s Free Fallin'. “Changing is about letting go! Not trying harder! Are you tired of trying to follow all of the rules in hopes to get the results you crave? I’ve found love to be more powerful than rules.”
The 30-year-old, who has openly spoken about his Christian faith, encouraged his followers to embrace love rather than strict expectations.
“I tried to follow the rules,” he continued. “I’m not good at it. But you don’t need to follow rules to enter into a life of love. You just receive it—so enter love living! God always grants us love! It’s one of His promises! Upon receiving God’s love, you start to change and start following love.”
Justin, who shares 6-month-old son Jack Blues with Hailey, reflected on how his spiritual journey has shaped his approach to life.
“You don’t work to mature,” he wrote. “You let go to mature! Today I’m letting go and remembering the weight isn’t on me to change. The weight is on God.”
He added, “So I give all my insecurities and my fears to Him this morning. Because I know He gladly takes it. Asking Jesus to genuinely help me with simply the next step today.”
While the post’s timing remains unclear, both Justin and Hailey have repeatedly dismissed rumors of relationship trouble in recent months.
In December, Hailey appeared to address online speculation by sharing a TikTok video with the audio clip, “You’re not well and it’s OK.” Then, in January, Justin clarified a social media mishap after fans noticed he had unfollowed Hailey on Instagram.
“Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife,” he explained in a January 21 Instagram Story. “S--t is getting suss out here.”
The couple continued to show a united front on February 18 when Justin supported Hailey at an event for her Rhode Beauty brand in Los Angeles. Dressed in a vintage basketball jersey, cargo pants, and a leather jacket, he mingled with fans before cozying up with Hailey inside a photo booth at the party.
As Justin summed up the event on Instagram, “The vibes were tangible at @rhode pop-up.”
