Justin Bieber is sharing one of his greatest passions—hockey—with his 4-month-old son, Jack Blues Bieber, whom he shares with wife Hailey Bieber.
The Canadian singer, a devoted fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, took to Instagram Stories on January 6 to show off a special gift for baby Jack: a personalized, autographed jersey from Leafs captain Auston Matthews. The jersey, addressed “To JB Jr.” and signed with “Peace and Love,” was a heartwarming gesture from the hockey star. Justin captioned the post, “4 babyjb,” alongside a photo of the tiny jersey.
Hailing from Stratford, Ontario, Justin grew up playing hockey before his rise to pop superstardom. His love for the game remains strong, as evidenced by his role as celebrity captain for Team Matthews during the NHL All-Star Game in Toronto in February 2024. Reflecting on the experience, Justin told ESPN, “This has been unbelievable. I’ve had vivid dreams about this, so it’s beautiful to live it.”
Justin has blended his music career with his hockey fandom on several occasions. After canceling his Justice World Tour in 2022 to focus on treatment for Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, the “Peaches” singer made his live performance comeback at the NHL All-Star Player Draft. There, he wowed fans with a medley of his hits, including “Ghost” and a cover of SZA’s “Snooze.”
The Grammy winner’s loyalty to the Toronto Maple Leafs is no secret. Over the years, he’s been spotted at numerous games, often accompanied by Hailey. In 2018, shortly after their wedding, the couple even shared a playful kiss caught on the “kiss cam” during a Leafs home game, solidifying their bond as both fans and partners.
Now, with baby Jack in tow, Justin is ensuring the next generation of Biebers grows up steeped in his love of the sport.
