We always see the snack or candy section at the hypermarket with the sign “no tasting” and while some don’t feel guilty about eating them anyways, this teenager decided to be honest and responsible for his actions!
A tweet went viral on twitter after a lady that works in a hypermarket in Malaysia shared a letter from an apologetic letter from a teenager that includes money in it.
The teenager wrote that he’s now 15-years-old and that he used to sneakily eat the flying fish biscuits when he was at the age of nine without paying for them.
He then admitted that he did it every time his family visits the hypermarket although it’s only three to seven biscuits at a time and he’s sorry for it.
“I would like to say sorry a thousand times for my mistake. Please accept this RM30 compensation and sorry I couldn’t apologies face to face because I moved to Terengganu,” the boy wrote in the letter.
He even drew the flying fish biscuits at the end of the letter so they know which biscuit he was talking about.
Netizens are proud of the boy’s honesty and praised him for coming clean and making up for his mistake!
Have you ever eaten anything from the “no tasting” food section before? Tell us!
