Dogs are known to be loyal and empathetic towards their owners and this dog proves just that!
A man from the UK recently revealed that he noticed his dog Billy was limping and decided to bring it to the vet and spent over RM2200 (£300) to treat it, but the vet couldn’t find anything wrong with him.
Turns out the dog was only limping because it was imitating his limping owner that broke his ankle in an accident last year and it was just limping with his owner out of sympathy!
A video of Billy imitating his owner on a walk also went viral, with many praising his acting skills.
“Basically the next day [after breaking his ankle] as I was limping around the house, Michelle (his wife) noticed that he was sort of copying me. That rose the concern that there might be something wrong with him, so we phoned the vet,” said the dog owner Russell Jones.

“Because of social distancing, he walked in [to the vets] normally, and when he came out they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with him. Then again he started limping, so Michelle filmed it.”
The couple found out it Billy was only imitating his owner after they noticed that he was sprinting around the garden when Russell wasn’t around.

Many people on the internet complimented the dog for copying his owner out of sympathy while other sympathized Russell for having to pay so much money to the vet for nothing!
