It’s awkward sometimes when you’re out with your siblings and people think that you’re a couple but this guy had to deal with that going out with his mom!
A post recently went viral after a guy posted photos of him and his mother on Facebook with the caption, “having a young Asian mom is great until you see someone your age shooting their shot at her.”
The post got many netizens confused and shocked as to how his mother that’s in her 40s looks about the same age as her 22-year-old son, Jonathan Nguyen!
Everyone started asking how she maintained her youthfulness and even asked for her skin care routine!
Jonathan revealed that, “her secret to not aging is dieting and exercising. She also has a skin care routine that I'm not too aware of.”
That’s not all if you want to look 20 in your 40s! Jonathan also said that his mum exercises daily and avoids eating processed food. She also follows the Keto diet which is a low-carb, high-fat diet!
Another mom previously made headlines too when people thought the 50-year-old mom was her son’s girlfriend and her secret is also exercising daily and she even swam from the shores of Penang to the Straits of Malacca once in 4 hours!
But of course, the only disadvantage in this situation is having people asking if your mom is your girlfriend or if she’s single…
So yeah, we don’t know how Keanu Reeves stay ageless all these years (some say he’s a vampire but whatever) but at least we have these mothers’ secrets to ageless beauty!
