Q: Why did Harry Potter get along well with Postmen?
A: Because he spoke parcel-tongue.
Jokes aside, have you heard of Parcelhub in Malaysia?
Parcelhub is Malaysia’s largest homegrown retail e-commerce logistic solutions provider that has over 15 domestic and international delivery services on a convenient platform.
Whether you need something delivered to a friend or for your business, Parcelhub does domestic and international shipping and drop-off services. They also serve as a ONE-STOP customised packing solution, so you have one less thing to worry about!
They have an app 🤩

Via their app, you can track, trace, and manage all your deliveries with real-time updates quite literally at your fingertips. You can also easily find the nearest Parcelhub outlet locations for a parcel drop off or self-collection.
They are also an authorised drop-off point for Shopee & Lazada
This means that if you’re selling things on ecommerce platforms, you can use Parcelhub to ship purchases to your buyers too!
But do they keep your delivery safe? We gave them a test-run…
We didn’t want to make it easy for them, so we figured a plant would be a good test to measure:
- How secure their packing is
- How long it takes for them to deliver the parcel
- How gentle they are in handling delicate items
It was a really easy process. Here’s a step-by-step guide

- Download the Parcelhub app (available for Android and Apple)
- Sign up for an account. Make sure to add in a contact number because an OTP will be sent to you for verification.
- Create a new shipment by clicking “book now”. Enter the parcel, sender and receiver details.
- Once the booking is created, you’ll see your delivery details, together with the cost and a barcode, under the history and pending section.
- Go to a Parcelhub outlet near you with the item you wish to deliver.
- Provide the Parcelhub staff with your contact number or barcode from the app.
- After payment, the staff will pack your parcel. You can now track its delivery via the app.
Did the plant survive the delivery?
Impressively, like promised, the plant was delivered in 24 hours within Klang Valley (their standard deliveries usually require 2-3 days within Peninsular Malaysia). It was delivered in great condition too and there was no dent in the packaging:

Overall, we’re very impressed
Our experience convinced us that Parcelhub is hero-material: trusted and convenient. The entire process was easy, item sent was well taken care of, safely packaged, and aptly delivered to the receiver.
Besides that, the staff was polite, accommodating and it only took us about 30 mins to get everything sorted.
Parcelhub offers a cold delivery service called Whallo too
Expanding its services, in 2022, Parcelhub also established Whallo, the first door-to-door cold delivery service in Malaysia.

Focusing on cold delivery, frozen goods are delivered to your doorstep, and are safe as well as accounted for from the moment you drop it off.
On top of that, Whallo also guarantees 100% next day door-to-door cold delivery, maintaining the freshness of your cold products during delivery. This “Cold in the Box, Warm in the heart” experience will make parcels from loved ones even more meaningful! An option for your next musang king or harum manis delivery, maybe?
Now, the next time you need something delivered, you can think of Parcelhub or Whallo!
