A group of Malaysian gamers recently came up with an alternative way to attend weddings by creating a “kenduri” in GTA V and now they are back with a virtual raya gathering!
The gamers “drove” back to their raya house in a village setting completed with the bamboo “pelita raya” decorations on the Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) game.
The gamers gathered in the house to listen to the Raya announcement on TV and proceeded to play fireworks outside the house after.
The police and a Malaysian police car was also spotted in the gathering and even joined them for “Takbir Raya” that was “streamed” live on a TV channel.
They then showered each other with Raya wishes and it's hilarious and wholesome!
The video ended with them taking a group photo that ended up in an in-game newspaper and it’s definitely nice to see them coming up with a way to celebrate Raya together!
The streamer Abe Wea previously revealed that two gamers named Arief Solehin and Isma Danial are the ones behind the creation that’s made from scratch using FiveM in GTA V’s MYRP server.
Kudos to them for organising the celebration in the virtual world and giving us some laughter in this difficult time!
Looks like this is what we’ll have to show our future generations when they ask us how Raya was in 2020!
Would you attend a festival like this with your friends? Share this with someone you miss hanging out with this raya!
