Selena Gomez is stepping up to give back during a time of crisis. As Los Angeles continues to recover from the devastating wildfires that began on January 7, the "Good for You" singer and her fiancé, Benny Blanco, joined relief efforts by serving food to first responders battling the ongoing blaze.

The 32-year-old singer shared videos on her Instagram Stories showing her behind a folding table, sorting wrapped meals with other volunteers. In one clip, she expressed her appreciation for emergency workers, writing, "Grateful for these individuals."

Benny, 36, who got engaged to Selena in December, also took to Instagram Stories to highlight their time volunteering. One post featured Selena posing with rescue workers, while another showed Benny’s gratitude to those on the frontlines. "Thank you to all the first responders, National Guard, and firefighters," he wrote. "You guys are superheroes!!!" He also pledged to continue helping and encouraged others to donate to relief efforts.

As emergency crews work tirelessly to contain the fires and support displaced families, other celebrities have joined the cause. Dave Grohl, Foo Fighters’ frontman, partnered with the Feed The Streets Los Angeles organization to prepare and serve food to those affected by the disaster.

In another touching moment, Bruce Willis made a rare public appearance to honor first responders. The actor, who was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in 2022, was spotted shaking hands and taking photos with emergency workers. His wife, Emma Heming, shared the heartfelt moment on Instagram, writing, "Spotting a first responder, Bruce never missed a chance to show his gratitude with a heartfelt handshake and a ‘thank you for your service.’ Yesterday was no different."

As the Los Angeles wildfires continue to impact the region, stories of compassion and resilience remind us of the power of community in times of need.
