Driving test might be hard for some and a son decided to take it to the next level to try and help his mother to get her driving license!
A man was recently caught impersonating her mother by dressing up like her and try and take her driving test after she failed for three times.
The 43-year-old man showed up with make-up, glasses and white-haired wig and even wore a colourful blouse and long skirt, but it wasn’t enough to convince the instructor.
“He tried to be as natural as possible. He wore lots of make-up with his nails nicely done and wore women’s jewellery,” said instructor Aline Mendonca.
The instructor noticed that he didn’t look like the woman in the ID and called the police. The 43-year-old man was later arrested and accused of fraud and misuse of someone’s identity.
“He’s already confessed. He confessed that he wasn’t the woman in question but the son, her son who was trying to pass as his mum so that she would be able to pass this practical driving test.
Netizens are having mixed reaction to the incident, with some praising him for the effort he puts in for his mother and other criticizing him for breaking the law.
The son said that his mother had no idea that he was planning to impersonate her to help her pass the test and confessed that he did it out of love.
