In the long run, the list also aims to decrease unemployment by making sure that educational outcomes can match market demands.

Is the list legit?
The list was created after a thorough process of identifying where employers typically hire from, quantifying the number of graduates which are hired, then evaluating the frequency of recurring hires as a result of the graduates’ positive performances.
As a matter of fact, the Talentbank National Graduate Employability (GE) Index has insights from 700+ leading employers in Malaysia including big names like Huawei, Maybank, Nestlé, PETRONAS, Shopee, CIMB, Sunway, Malaysia Airlines, and more.
