Taylor Swift is back on Instagram—this time, not for her own music, but to shower love on her best friend Selena Gomez and producer Benny Blanco’s new album.
On March 22, Swift, 35, made her first post in 100 days, since wrapping up her Eras Tour in December 2024. The 14-time Grammy winner took to her Instagram Stories to gush over Gomez and Blanco’s latest release, I Said I Love You First.
“@selenagomez & @itsbennyblanco I LOVE THIS ALBUM SO MUCH. OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDD,” Swift wrote, linking to the project, which dropped on March 21.
While this marks Swift’s first Instagram update of the year, Gomez and Blanco have been busy promoting their album. The couple recently appeared on Spotify’s Countdown To series, where Gomez shared a funny anecdote about attending one of Swift’s parties.
“As a couple, we went to Taylor’s party after some awards show,” Gomez recalled. “I was mortified—we showed up on time, and apparently, cool people don’t do that.” Blanco chimed in, joking that they always arrive early. “You show up when my mother shows up to a party,” he teased.
The producer also revealed on Hot Ones that he wasn’t a dedicated Swift fan until dating Gomez. “Obviously, I knew Taylor’s music, but I wasn’t a true Swiftie until I was with [Gomez],” he admitted. “Now I’m in the car singing her songs from 10 years ago.”
Swift has long supported Gomez and Blanco’s relationship, even jokingly offering to be their flower girl when they announced their engagement in December 2024.
