Taylor Swift may have left the 2025 Grammys without a win, but that didn’t stop her from spreading generosity behind the scenes. A now-viral video shows the “Anti-Hero” singer handing out cash to event staff, and fans can’t get enough of her thoughtful gesture.
In a clip shared on X, Taylor—stunning in a silver mini-dress and black combat boots—was seen exiting what appeared to be Crypto.com Arena when she suddenly paused, turned back, and approached four Grammys staff members. Without hesitation, she handed each of them what seemed to be cash tips, warmly saying, “We appreciate you so much,” before rejoining her group.
The video has since racked up nearly 4.8 million views, with fans praising her kindness. “She is an angel!” one user commented, while another pointed out, “This isn’t new—she does this at every stadium and event! I love her.”
While this sweet moment at the Grammys touched many, it’s far from the first time Taylor has made generosity part of her routine.
During her record-breaking Eras Tour—which also cemented her billionaire status—Taylor awarded massive bonuses to her team. In 2023, she handed out $55 million (approximately RM245 million) in bonuses, including life-changing $100,000 (approximately RM445,710) checks to truck drivers responsible for transporting her stage equipment across the country.
"She’s giving a sum of money that is life-changing for these people," concert transportation company owner Mike Scherkenbach told Rolling Stone at the time. “Many of these drivers aren’t homeowners, and a lump sum like this allows them to put a down payment on a home. That generosity is a game-changer.”
According to reports, Taylor has distributed a total of $197 million (approximately RM877 million) in bonuses throughout her tour, ensuring that everyone—from security personnel and makeup artists to choreographers and caterers—felt valued for their hard work.
As Taylor wrapped up her nearly two-year-long tour, she took a moment to reflect on the journey.
“We have toured the entire world with this tour, we have had so many adventures,” she told the crowd at her final concert in Vancouver on December 8. “It has been the most exciting, powerful, electrifying, intense, and most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my entire life.”
