Diners at a restaurant in China were shocked when their food climbed out of a pot and tried to escape. Yes, a crayfish actually got away before it was eaten!
The customers were cooking the crayfish alive when its survival instinct kicked in. The crustacean climbed to the edge of the pot, and eventually tore off its own claw before crawling across the dinner table.
The diner named Jiuke decided to take the crayfish home and make it his pet. Marine experts claim that crayfish are able to grow their limbs back, so, let’s hope this guy makes a full recovery.
