Everyone Marvel fans knows who to look out for when it comes to spoilers and it’s definitely Tom Holland (and Mark Ruffalo too but Tom revealed wayyy more spoilers).
Tom first started revealing spoilers after he accidentally revealed that there will be two sequels for Spider-man, which we should know back then. Also, that one time he revealed the title for Spider-man: Far From Home way too early!
He was also given fake scripts when he was shooting for Avengers: Infinity War just in case he accidentally said anything to the public and they even assigned Benedict Cumberbatch to keep him from revealing spoilers in interviews!
Seeing how Avengers: Endgame is the final showdown that everyone has been waiting for, director Joe Russo took it even further this time and decided not to give Tom any script at all!
"Yeah, Tom Holland does not get the script," Joe said. "Tom Holland gets his lines and that's it. He doesn’t even know who he’s acting opposite of. We use like, very vague terms to describe to him what is happening in the scene because he has a very difficult time keeping his mouth shut."
Yes. Imagine Tom Holland having a conversation with no one and punching air for his scenes in the movies! Guess snitches don’t get stiches and neither do they get their scripts…
So when you’re watching Avengers: Endgame, remember, Tom doesn’t even know what’s happening most of the time… that’s if he is going to appear at all…
