Like a scene from a K-Drama, the Taihe People’s Hospital in Fuyang, Anhui, China, witnessed a very special wedding last week between two people very much in love…and very, very busy.
Chinese anaesthesiologist Zhou Guanhua and operating room nurse Wang Bing Bing have been unable to find time to get married due to immensely packed schedules and having to be on-call at the hospital.

This was no excuse for their colleagues who decided to take matters into their own hands and surprised the couple with a simple wedding in their common area.

The staff decorated the walkway and common room with banners and balloons and even prepared a floral bouquet for the bride and a veil with a cute budget tiara.

The picking of the bride was done in a women’s changing room which was temporarily relabelled as “daughter’s changing room” for the ceremony.
Afterwards, the groom carried the bride down the walkway to the common room where the couple watched a slideshow of photos and video messages from their co-workers.

As they were unable to even change out of their scrubs…the couple probably had to resume their duties right after the ceremony. Truly living that hustle life!
