You might have heard someone getting angry at other people calling them “aunty” or “uncle” before but this one escalated into a fight in India!
A 40-year-old woman in India recently went viral after she became violent when a teenage girl called her aunty.
The fight started after the 19-year-old victim said “excuse me, aunty” while trying to make her way through the marketplace in the city of Etah.
“The teenager called the woman “aunty” and she burst into an outrage and beat up the girl. The girl also raised hands,” said officer Kanchan Katiyar.
The woman had gotten furious, hurled verbal abuse at the teenager and proceeded to slap her. That’s when it escalated into a brawl and the public had to intervene and stop the fighting.
The woman can be seen grabbing the teen’s hair and hitting her before the police arrived.
“Both parties were taken to the police station. Later, their relatives arrived and they settled the issue among themselves,” the officer said.
The woman and the teenager managed to settle the issue without filing any charges in the end but it’s scary to see how one word can turn into such a disastrous incident!
