The world was shocked by the news of the Christchurch shooting last week in New Zealand that claimed the lives of 49 people, and at least 40 more injured.
Countries around the world are paying tribute to the victims of the mass shooting, with the Empire State Building in New York and Eiffel Tower in Paris going on full blackout.
Other countries also paid their tribute in their own way. The congress hall in Finland was lit up in vivid blue and the Canadian and Australian flags at Wellington and Sydney Habour Bringe were both raised at half-mast.
The New Zealand silver fern was also displayed on the Sydney Opera House as a show of support and respect to the victims and people of
New Zealand.
Three Malaysians were injured in the incident that occurred last Friday at Al Noor Mosque in Christchurch, New Zealand.
We can’t describe how heartbroken we are over the tragic incident. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the victims and people that were affected.
