The movies from James Wan’s Conjuring Universe is definitely among the scariest we’ve seen on screen and now you can actually visit the real-life Conjuring house!
The Perron family first bought the farmhouse in 1971 and would later be visited by Ed and Lorraine Warren to investigate the unexplainable paranormal activities that haunted the family.
The house that was built in 1736 is located in Rhode Island and inspired The Conjuring film that gave many of us nightmares… which you can soon visit!
A couple named Cory and Jennifer Heinzen recently bought the house (why would you buy a haunted house) and actually moved in, only to be haunted by the sound of “doors opening, footsteps and knocks.”
“I don't have the feeling of anything evil, (but) it's very busy. You can tell there's a lot of things going on in the house,” Cory said. “I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was nervous, but at the same time, that’s what I’m there for.”
Before you start wondering why would anyone knowingly buy a haunted house, it’s because he has always been “fascinated by the Warrens” and is a paranormal investigator himself for 10 years.
Cory and Jennifer is planning to turn the house into a tourist attraction and open to the public and paranormal investigator by the end of the year!
“This whole journey has been both scary — for many reasons other than paranormal — and exciting all at once,” said Jennifer Heinzen. “I love that we have the opportunity to share the home with others.”
So if you’re a fan of the Conjuring universe, you might be able to go visit the house soon!
